I wouldn't think so. The point of my inquiry is to inquire into the submissive's experience of emotional feelings and psychological drive to experience such feelings rather than concentrate solely on stating what is "done" to the submissive, how it "feels" (i.e. physical sensation as opposed to psychological perception), how the submissive "feels" (ditto), what the assertive partner "does", what the submissive "does" (or is restrained from doing), etc. If an inquiry into deep psychological feelings (the introspective place where one is alone in the dark of night) was misplaced here, I apologize.

P.S. By way of analogy to my post, note that the authoress, Pauline Reage, of "Story of O" ("O" has her "fair share" of being sodomized!) devoted considerable portions of text to introspections of "O's" psychological feelings, perhaps even as much as what "O" might have docilely experienced being "done" to her, what she "does" (or "doesn't do"), and whatever searing descriptions of physical "feelings" "O" might have. I think such an inquiry (into deep psychological motives) does have merit from the standpoints of both submissive recipient and assertive penetrator. Consider for a moment "O's" "Sir Stephen": while "O's" psychology is copiously set forth (She muses quite often in her private moments ... "in the dark of the night" et al.), "Sir Stephen's" interior motives, conflicts, psychological drives & needs, become the great mystery of the story. The ambiguous end (Of the original story, not the less qualitatively brilliant sequel.) lends no clarity to "O's" central question: while she "did" what she "did" as her psychology demanded she "do" for love, did "Sir Stephen" love her (or not)? Isn't this as valid a question by analogy to the greater body of experiences (actual or theorized) that are posted here at "the Library"? Or, is it better we not concern ourselves with "why" when there is the exhiliaration of the "doing" to occupy our stimulus level and pain threshold?
