I understand they tighten as you pull on the chain. I'm dreaming up a scanario wherein the chain from the clamps is attached to her spreader by a very short length of rope or chain. We have tied a rope to the nipple clamps, put it through a pully, then tied it to the dildo. When being fucked by the dildo it pulls on nipple clamps. Depending on where you place pully it can tighten with the in or out stroke. Also the amount of pressure can be adjusted by the tightness of the rope.
