Yes, that is exactly what I mean. The smallest ones tends to fall out even if they are tapered especially during sex but even otherwise if you cant "hold it in with your muscles", but that takes training to accomplish if you dont use like a panty or harness or something equal to hold it in.
Try the "medium sized" cause they are what my gfs have liked the best anyways. Might not be the size for you though
