Now, I'm no rugby fan but maybe your Dominant can use some of the tricks I used to 'help' my partner learn the finer points of soccer/football.

We started with a review of the rules of the game. For the first few qualifying games, she could watch and ask questions. Sometimes, I would have a particular teaching point for a game (offsides, for example) and she was graded on how many calls she got right (whether the referee got them right as well was not up for discussion). At the quarterfinals, things got a little more serious.

She was quized on various aspects (does that penalty result in a direct or indirect kick, how many subs does each team have left) and also had to recite stats after the game (how many corners, yellow cards, shots on goals and time that goals were scored). Being right was points ahead. Being wrong was points off. Final totals resulted in punishment or reward.

As things went on, I would turn on the vibrator between her legs when my team scored and only turn it off when a team strung together five or more passes in a row (Did I mention she was tied to a chair?) She was only allowed to climax if my team won. You bet she was cheering for my teams. lol

Whoever said learning can't be fun?
