I've found that this was easier to teach someone else through g-spot stimulation. Start with a regular routine of kegel exercises. Once you've learned which muscles do what down there, it is play time. When you're ready, lie on your back with your partner above. Have them insert two fingers inside and for them to slowly thrust in. As they withdraw, if they slightly hook their fingers up, they should feel a difference as they stroke across the g-spot--it feels a little spongy. If you concentrate on relaxing the muscles of your pelvic floor, as you reach orgasm you'll also have ejaculation. It may take a few times but exploration can be its own reward.

Once you've mastered that, you can learn to ejaculate through clitorial stimulation. There are also vibrators with a shape that allows g-spot stimulation, if you're learning this on your own.
