Wow yes, there's stuff for several stories here. I agree with Alex, stick to first person (but not present tense) and focus it on your feelings of helplessness, arousal, peril and shame rather than getting stuck in intricate description of the ropework and gags etc. If you were really stuck in that kind of situation you wouldn't retain an accurate memory of exactly how you'd been tied; the overload, blunt shock and overwhelming sense of being used and objectified is what would dominate your feelings,
Stuffed in a suitcase? How about the car boot? hogtied and gagged, of course...mmmmgh...
