You are pretty good for someone that has only recently started writing. There are some technical issues in your works that I've read, but those can get ironed out surprisingly fast if you keep an open mind.

You should get in the habit of starting short works with at least a rudimentary outline. Sticking to it is not absolutely necessary, but knowing precisely where the glimpses into the character's lives starts and ends will help tremendously in developing them. Basically, if you know the beginning and the ending, the rest will feel like it is filling itself in. The longer you expect the work to be, the more pre-planning you should do.
