1. Assuming you have a list of punishable offenses handy, instruct sub to have a spatula, wooden spoon, ruler, or other such implement available to use when play begins.

2. When sub is told to spank, count it out on keyboard and encourage sub to hit harder, OR, make sub spank as many times as possible while you time them. (Usually 2 to 3 minutes is sufficient.) By this time they should be cruising into blonde space.

3. If your sub wants to spank himself more, maybe you should make them earn it.
