Breath Play

Knowledge and practise are the key. My Dom and I have worked from the simple pinching of the nose and him telling me to hold my breath, to full on breath restriction during orgasm (oh... my .... god by the way!)
It was never one of his kinks when we met, but we have developed it together.
Communication, obviously non-verbal is a good tool to use until you find your technique.
