There's an article on Slave Contracts and the Law from Souls Haven. Souls Haven also offers a kickin' online BDSM checklist. It's the checklist I use to state and reference limits and boundaries with contracts with my submissives and I suggest it to the Dommes I serve.

I almost forgot about Sir Kelly's Slave Contract Generator! It doesn't provide the best contracts in my opinion, but they're great to be used as a base to be tailored.
