I understand where you are coming from, icey. I love tattoos (though, alas, I only have one at the moment), so I love looking through the tattoo magazines. And one trend that I've noticed (though I'm sure it was an old trend by the time I noticed it) was where women have their backs pierced with hooks and then laced up to look like they are wearing corsets in the back. For some reason, that look just really appeals to me. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Luis Royo is my favorite artiist and he has really been getting into the piercings and implantations of silver and jewels in his paintings more often, so I've gotten used to see elaborate syle piercings.

Now whether or not I'd actually have the guts to go along with such a thing on myself is another question (Goddess knows I have enough skin on my back to do that!). But where you keep such a thing as that (and your being suspended by hooks) as a fantasy/an idea and actually doing it are two different things. For me, it'll probably just remain something that I enjoy looking at and admiring, but never actually do to myself.
