I read somewhere online many many years ago (a reasonably reputable source, I have to say) that the sensation of a female about to ejaculate is often like being desperate to go to the toilet - that feeling fit to burst - and that many women find this sensation offputting which is why they rarely ejaculate. Many times they mistake the ejaculation sensation for actually needing the toilet and so 'clamp down' so as not to indulge in unexpected water sports thereby killing the ejaculation.

Different women have different sensitivities. Some take a lot of effort even to get a normal orgasm (yes, even when doing it themselves) while others explode almost as soon as touched. Others find the sensation of clitoral stimulation actually painful - even a light touch can hurt - but can easily orgasm with a vaginal or even labial stimulus. So, female ejaculation is equally rare for some and common for others depending on an individual's sensitivities and willingness to 'let go' during sex. Many women will never have one (just as many have never had an orgasm) while some will have them all the time. Just a symptom of natural variation.

my clit is very sensitive i cant bear it touching unless its rough and/or painful.

i have them very often the 'gushy' orgasms,more often than not and they feel totally different to the other kind...what i call the creamy ones.

i find they are very tiring afterwards maybe its dehydration or something i lose quite a lot especially if you have multiple ones and for some reason they tend to leave me with mild period type pains,both stomach and back.

I've never experienced female ejaculation but this thread reminded me of a time when he refused to allow me to pee. He kept it up for hours and hours - even forcing me to sit in a cafe and drink a glass of iced water.

I got to the stage where my muscles just couldn't hold on anymore and I let just a tiny trickle out, in the hope that it might ease the excruiating pain. instead, it triggered an orgasm and in the throws of that I lost control of my bladder and pee'd all over the seat. Period type pains are probably exactly that - period pains, in that they are caused by the constant contraction and relaxation of the uterine wall which you need to do in order to expel a lot of liquid (be it blood or ejaculate) from the body.

A 'normal' orgasm is pretty tiring as it is (if you do it right ) so one of these must be even more tiring than that. The dehydration probably doesn't help. You could try drinking water before or after sex to prevent this feeling. I know I always feel thirsty afterwards and I don't lose all that much fluid during and am usually fairly efficient at water control in that I rarely get dehydrated.
