Personal attacks

I have been active on some other forums for a good while and one has just become so unpleasant. I have only been on this site one day and have not seen the flaming that is present on the other. Why is it people feel the need to personally attack someone that doesn't agree with them instead of discussing something? I think if it is allowed to go on then it will. So why let that continue on your site? All I can say is I am glad to be here.

this site is well watched out for by our moderators, it is safe to express an opinion here....

i feel the same.. this is the first forum i came to and i loved it so i stayed.. i didnt realise how Bad some of the other forums are
