I think it was Tojo who suggested this: tell her to lie perfectly still while you pleasure her. Of course you will be doing your best to make her squirm or to make noises or wiggle around. Then you tell her that if she continues to move or to make noise you will have to restrain her. And of course she will and so you tie her.

A little at a time, you up the ante. Soon when you are together and she is begging to cum try mixing a little pain into it like maybe pinching her nipples or using nipple clamps. If she is really good and floating she might not not recognize it as pain. Then tell her she can cum and pinch her hard or remove the clamps as she does.
