    I'd tend to take the opinion that for your kitten to do that's just ASKING for trouble, and deserves a punishment whether it was intentional or not. Let the punishment fit the crime and have her exposed in public too- safely, of course, don't want any indecent exposure arrests. And as she was asking for trouble, why not have her beg for it first?

    -ponders if it's funny that I always look for ways to work begging in. maybe it is.-
