The PI had sent me pictures of the family members he had gotten from public sources, yearbooks and newspaper archives and such. He was very good at covering his tracks, and knew he was a dead man if any of this ever came out. I am not a violent person... but I learned a lot on the streets of Chicago. And made some interesting friends on my way up.

I was amazed at how much Jessica looked like Krista! A twisted mind like the doctor's would certainly do some substitution. I couldn't wait until I had a chance to lay my hands on her in person, her and the mother. They would suffer for making Dr. Asshole the way he was, hurting so many others.

Now Dannyboy was going to be fun to break. Oh, yes. I could see there would be several paths to pursue in bringing him over to our side. And fortunately, he was living on-campus in a private room, of course. Nobody would care if a college boy was gone a few days... they'd just assume he was busy getting laid or something.

Plans were moving along now, but we still needed to wait a few weeks before we could put things all the way together. The season had to be right; all the leaves on the trees, warmish nights, no snow. And we needed a break from the plan for a week or two, so we could look back at it with fresh eyes and check for holes and mistakes. That's what I always did with business plans... and they always were the better for it.

I remember when I bought out that little semi-conductor design firm in Idaho; I planned and researched and pounced at just the right second, when the owner's son got in trouble with that politician. BAM! Half the price if we did business *today*. And I turned it to Intel with a 300% profit in two weeks... turned out they were trying to buy it themselves. Plans made you money!

Now, where could Rusty and I get away to that would be away from lots of people, and still worth the time to visit?

"Rusty? Where would you like to go for a vacation, just a week or ten days?"
