Would someone happen to know who I could contact for a question regarding my password and the associated email address to my account?

I created the password last year sometime - and I don't remember what it is and I can't seem to find where I recorded it.

I would just have it reset, but the email address that it wants to use, I deactivated.

Can anyone help?
