F is for Fisting

Fisting is often shyed away from because it can be difficult and has consequences if not done properly. However, it can be one of the most enjoyable, pleasurable experiences someone can have with inseraibales!

What is it?
Fisting is the insertion of the entire hand, and sometimes part of the forearm, into the vaginal or anal cavity. Is it pleasurable? It definitely can be! If it isn’t, then you shouldn’t be doing it! Generally, the fister does not insert a commonly formed fist, but rather, lengthens the fingers so that they are straight, and slightly cups the hand or forms a “bird’s beak” with the hand. Once the fingers are inserted all the way into the cavity, they often are spread to increase the sensation or folded into a fist to change the sensation. Once experienced with fisting, a couple can move from simple hand cupping to full fist thrusting.

Technique

• Fisting takes a lot of patience and time to work.
• Start small—enlarge the cavity with dildos of increasing girth and length. Sometimes partners prefer to always use dildos (there are some of length & style of a fist) and never an actual hand/fist.
• Use plenty of lube every time you work with any insertables into a cavity.
• Once the fistee is “loose,” slowly start to work fingers in, 1, then 2 and on from there.
• Then when the fistee is ready, the fister should make their finger as linear as possible (slight cup or “bird’s beak”) and slowly work it in.
• Slide the “fist” fully into the fistee’s cavity, and enjoy!

um.. i havent explored this section yet so i hope nobody minds comments and additions.

i just thought id mention that some people find part of a cotton ball in the finger tips of the gloves helps with the fingernail problem, especially if the person doing it doesnt cut their nails off. its just a bit of extra protection. though i would point out that the glove needs to fit snuggly in that case or the whole thing slips out of place and just gets in the way.

also its important to sort of reverse the process on the way out.. no yanking a fist straight out or they might get hurt. i mean in a bad way *wry smile*...

well i just have to say that i love to be fisted. I have been fisted many times and i am able to use my muscles to tighten back up to be f*cked.
