i enjoy wearing it outdoors generally its breast harnesses, crotch harness although i have worn a kikkou in public (the description you gave in your OP sounds like the kikkou aka tortoise shell tie) although it was adapted so my legs and arms were free.
the girl in the pic would not be able to stay outdoors for very long in that particular tie!
ive also worn a single wrap harness with a butterfly knot on my clit which first started out very pleasant but soon became a little painful
