Knees to Elbows

I bow forward from nadu sliding my forarms down my thighs until they rest flat on the floor (normal palm placement rules from previous posts apply). My elbows should be touching my spread knees and the side of my face flat on the floor as well, which will bring my bottom up high

the addition of two simply loops of rope or belts binding each arm just above the elbow to each knee is allways a nice addition to this (winks)
