    As someone else said, I'm not a guy, but have you considered that stress relief isn't allways bubble bath and massage? Working out until my muscles are starved for oxygen, and you have to slow down, even if your life depended on keeping going, does it for me.

    Similarly sex (intercourse) does it as well. Of course this defeats the purpose, if you are ready for a quick second round.
