Okay so first thing is first, don't be afraid of enemas. They have gotten kind of a bad reputation over the years in the mainstream public but they really are not that bad. I was really intrigued by them and then one day I was in a Wal Mart in the pharmacy isles and I passed some enema stuff. I found an enema in a bottle kit...I don't really know what else to call it. It was essentially a bottle with a pre lubricated tip on the end of it. You simply bend over, insert it and squeeze until its empty. Now I recoment this product because first of all, it is cheep. Second, they came in a two pack and I inserted the contents of both of them. I was trying to see how much I could "take" and what it would feel like. This way, if I did not like it, no big deal. It was cheep and now I know. Well I liked it and then I bought more enema stuff, this time more traditional kinds with enema bags and such. As far as when and how much you can use goes. I would think that would differ from person to person. I mean I would not get in the habbit of doing it every day or anything but other than that. I would think how much just depends on what you are going for.

Personally I take a small enema before I am going to do any anal play. I like the sensations of anal play but I don't want to make a...well for lack of a better word, mess. It just makes for a cleaner experience. As far as how long you can leave a butt plug in for, I don't really know. I don't usually leave one in, uninterrupted, for more than about 30min. But that may just be preference. Just be careful, anything you put in your butt be sure it has a handle or something you can get it out with....I know that may be stating the obvious haha.
