Judging from your posts, you're anti-Scottish, despite claiming to have a few Scots friends - remember, when a Jock is fu' he'll be friends with anyone; you're anti-European - you seem to think that the British way of life is something other EU nations want to destroy; you're opposed to poor countries claiming foreign aid ... But maybe you're not racist. Perhaps I misinterpreted the slurs you have made against so many nations on these boards, so I withdraw the racist charge unequivocally and with my apologies.

Being xenophobic in modern Britain is about as appropriate as the Beaker People protesting about the Celts coming in and taking over back in the Iron Ages! It's too late, and it's futile to complain.

Your attacks on Blair and Brown that litter so many threads here seem to be based more on their nationality than on their betrayal of Labour's socialist principles, which is where the treachery you accuse them of can really be found. The fact they are Scots is a mere accident of birth and Blair would still be the deceitful, Thatcherite, money grubbing ego-maniac that he is had he been the Englishman he mimics, and Brown would stilll be a smarmy foul-tempered prig wherever he had been born. He would fuck up no matter what country he presided over, and maybe its better that he fucks up in a nation in decline than in an important country with a real future ahead of it.
