A million welcomes! This site is a really good one, there are quite a few people who not only know what they're talking about, but also are happy to share that knowledge. I second a nod for chat, a good way to get the measure of some people / the feel of the place.... there is a discussion group on Friday nights in the chat which is an area to share best practice / discuss many subjects....
