I called a local shop which specializes in such, and they will be passed out now. This was the reason the starting of the meeting was delayed: I think you can see it was for a good cause.

Regarding scheduled duties: again, none of you is ever to be alone. Therefore, check your schedules before you leave this room. If you see any times during which you will be alone in the performance of your tasks, let one of us know, and we will adjust times so that will not be the case.
