Hope I read the text right - I assume it translates as "Geert's cunt" or similar.

What's the deal with the head wrapping? Do you puncture it over the mouth or nostrils, or do you just leave it on till she's had time to think really, really hard about how much she trusts you? I'm cautious about breath control scenes, but I can see the attraction.

I thought it might be something like that, it's not possible to see in the picture if the film's torn over the mouth or nostrils.
