Yes I'd venture to suggest you're right about that subwife. Ingenious ties though and the subject looks very focused on the object of her torture which is a good indication she's into it.

It's fascinating how something like a clamp can draw your attention and focus as it burns and stings while you are in position and then all that sensation gathers and transfers to your core and bingo subspace!

From experience, it's very much a visual thing as well as a sensation oriented thing for me. Just my opinion anyway.
