I post another 5 pics on the Caroline heath album. They are all about torture by means of heated metal objects. We often used fondue skewers heated up on a charcoal fire. Fine metal rods that would not be dangerous, yet very painful when slowly passed over the skin, or placed against the labia or the nipples. We also created the other play illustrated in one pick: metal clamps on the nipples heated up by a candle flame until the slave would cry out ... then you remove the flame (perhaps with a little delay): but the heath will take some time before fading away .... lots of fun indeed.
