There are other paths Russell. One can progress by shear daunt of skill and persistance. Because the psychophants who lie and cheat will need you to make them successful. And that is how you can stay true to yourself...

And when you get into a position of power... then you can decide whether to follow the lead or march to your own drum. The people below you whom you help will applaud you and hopefully emulate you. Regardless, you will be totally at ease with yourself.

Thanks Oz, but I am comfortable with myself and this is but a job, I will take from it what I want to add to my knowledge and hence my value.

I just hate seeing corporate types that have risen to their level of incompetence and at that point spend more time playing king of the hill. Being sure that no one can get attention of those above them by seeing that ones with the talent get pushed out. I know now that I can take what I know to any competing company and do well there, so it is more a observation then anything else.

Hey, I understand something about the office politics- just got laid off from one of my two part time jobs - got totally blindsided. A month ago they were saying they were going to try to get me more work, and then 'here's your hat, what's your hurry'. *sigh* OH well, maybe it will turn out that I find something full time - that would be a nice change of pace. I wish you luck Sir, and hope you find something better that isn't so frustrating for you.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that your photo essay is simply brilliant thus far!

My sub and I are beginning to explore electrical play to add to our scene. Reading about electrical play, while vitally important to understanding the risks and technique is not as stimulating as seeing electrical play in action. As the Chinese proverb says: "A Picture's Meaning Can Express Ten Thousand Words" never was this more true.

With respect, I would request that you post some additional images featuring electroplay in general and use of the violet wand specifically, if you have anymore to be shared.

I think I am actually making an impact on people that are lifestylers mostly helping new Doms understand what I believe is important to their subs and how they treat them. I also have found that a lot of new subs seem to have realized that there are a lot of posers out there and are finding questions that need to be answer correctly to avoid hooking up with a poser or worse an abuser.

Remember though that a wannabee Dom are the ones that all of us Dom were at some time, mistakes and warts and all. Teach them that the sub is their biggest treasure they will ever own.

Sitting here watching it snow seeing the world around me grow white the illusion of clean. So many want the illusion more the the actual fact. Remember that when a sub/slave serves she is should not be settling for the illusion unless it is part of her training to grow to accept something she finds unexceptable to her but is not a hard limit. Doms if all you want to is the illusion then you are not living the life but acting more as a top then a Dom/Master it is your duty to make it real for both of you. If you can't inspire your sub/slave to be real for you then you need to look not at her but at you and your commitment to her.
