Middle age is the new youth. I didn't start on this journey until almost middle aged and I am well in that bracket now and only got involved in real life 18 months ago. So don't sit back. Delve deep for confidence and get out there. Middle age is definitely no barrier to this lifestyle or enjoying it (although there are a few things my body struggles with now. LOL)

And in the mean time, welcome to the Library and hope you enjoy yourself here. It's a great place full of fantastic people.
