I'm looking for statistics on the most commonly reported STD's in Mexico.
Also, anyone who's every experienced Chlamydia (sp?), or known someone with it, please tell!

I don't have those stats for you although I'm sure they can be located online. But I'm really curious....why do you want to know?
I'm rewriting one of the stories I destroyed last year, a sequel to Parker's Replacement Value, and the protagonist in that story, Sandra, developed some nasty STD's as a result of her roughly 10 months of captivity and forced prostitution in a Mexican whorehouse.
I wanted to get some thoughts and advice on life after a debilitating STD.
It's nice to know that people put research into their stories
Australia has a little site called the "Australian Bureau of Statistics" and it took me 2 minutes to find the stats for reported Chlamydial infections. (I put in the URL's incase you're interested)
As for Mexican statistics... Google is your friend.

Those are from 1995, just search for Chlamydia.

Here's some a bit more recent, although there's one hell of a lot of stuff to wade through. What you want is in Chapter 3.
Hope this helps![]()
