i have a few things on my mind, so this blog will skip around and be largely unrelated -- haha, you've been warned!

1) W/we'll start with a funny story: i was in the student caf at my uni last week ordering an italian soda (best thing ever!) And when the clerk asked me what flavor, i answered "vanilla." (Ironically enough, it actually IS my favorite flavor.)

But the jackass had the gall to just look up at me and say, "Vanilla? Well, that's boring."

*deep breath* No one - i mean, NO ONE - calls me boring and gets away with it. Honestly, if you even knew the extent of how non-boring i am...

But anyways, i (mostly) bit my tongue there at the counter and threw the guy a strained smile, but i couldn't help biting back a little, and what come out was something to the extent of "Oh, trust me, soda is the ONLY thing i like vanilla."

Of course, i don't think he got it. (W/we've already discussed how he wasn't the most perceptive being in the world) but the (professor? random guy?) standing behind me sure got a chuckle. i definitely blushed a bit and shuffled out of there once i realized what i'd said... haha, but now i think it's a hoot! *grin* Just goes to show - don't press a kinkster's buttons!

2) How is it that the mass majority of the population can be so divided on major aspects of life like equality and coexistence... but when it's game day? Well, shit. People pack in like sardines! If only elections garnered as much interest... just saying.

I would elaborate on this one, but i feel like it says something so sad about the state of mind many people exist in from day to day... i'd rather not think any more about it. i'm off to do something productive!
