Love is Blind?

Rating: 1 votes, 1.00 average.
Is it? Some say yes, and some say no. i think i say that it should be.

As far as sex... i've been with males and females. There are physical advantages to both sets of naughty bits XD

As far as gender, i've been with men who identify as MEN (lol,) women who are as girly as they come, men who are even girlier, and some pretty butch ladies. Bisexual? Trysexual? A slut? If that makes it easier for you to digest, then fine. Call me what you'd like. i don't have a problem with it... just know that since it's technically incorrect, i won't be subscribing to a typical definition.

i'm what you'd call "gender neutral" - gender, as a mental embodiment of what a person thinks is their "true sex," means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me. i don't have preferences; i'm not just saying that... it just honestly means nothing.

If you stop to think about it... how would you feel if someone defined YOU by what's between your legs? If you never had a moment to speak or sing or smile or do whatever it is you do to captivate people before they had preconceived notions of you? If people expected you to enjoy certain hobbies or to walk or dress a certain way based on those notions? They seem like such small conceptions, but would you be unnerved if someone didn't fit your ideals? If that lipstick lesbian across from you at the bar had the manliest voice you'd ever heard outside of a lumberjack convention, would that make her more of a lesbian in your mind? Less of a woman? More: does she deserve your subversive thoughts, seeing as how they're based on your own prejudices??? She could be a Nobel Peace Prize winner for all you know... where does *that* factor in?

*sigh* Even outside of gender, i find it a borderline insult when people assume things about me based on their preconceived ideals, and so i try not to assume i know anything unwarranted about others.

Besides, surprise is a lovely piece of life. Let people surprise you more often; you never know what they have to teach you.
