What is the definition of "fetish?" Does it have to be sexually oriented?

I mean I have this thing that everyone calls a fetish but it's not sexual at all. I call it an obsession since it's totally non-sexual.

I luuurve Office supplies. I look at it and it makes extremely happy and feel like a child inside. My Daddy dom won't let me go there because I buy lots of stuff that I don't need. I just like looking at it having it around. It makes me smile and warm around my heart.
