Tail Hook, anybody?

Ahhh, Getting wet! A man after my own heart. Umm, err..when should I start training?

Immediately, of course.

Wearing the appropriate collar (with a connector on the back), it should be possible to wear this tail hook under normal clothes - and therefore under normal circumstances. No need to wait until you can be suspended from the ceiling!

Just attach it using 5mm bungee cord to make sure it stays fully in regardless of your stance, poise or position.
