Has anyone ever used or tried a device like this? There have been some photos on Hogtied of a bottom with a hook in her ass or pussy. Don't think this is anywhere near mainstream BDSM.

On another BDSM forum or blog, don't remember which, a DOM purchased some meat hooks (ouch, don't try this at home) or says he did, in order to fabricate a more "user friendly" and "safe" ones.
