i "release" by writing....and have turned out some quality stuff! Frustration is a godawful thing, but i find that i can vent by writing...visualize it, and write it....in minute detail...it's a distraction at best, but i hope it helps

Are you mad? Writing about sex just makes it worse and writing about anything else is plain impossible - I can't concentrate. Mind you, I have, in the past, been able to produce some juicy stuff whilst in this state of mind. If only I wasn't feelng so...so...Argh!
