How do you have a session when you have a full house?

Let me just say, the sound of a paddle hitting a bare bottom makes ALOT of noise! Can anyone recommend some fun play activities that are somewhat quiet (moaning is ok, they are used to that!)?

I hear the Rambo movies played real loud can drown out that kind of noise.
