1) Being lazy means enjoying yourself on(at) someone else's expense.

2) Being tired is something else entirely.

3) I’m not noncommittal because I’m lazy; I’m noncommittal because I take my duties seriously.

4) Modest expectations can be met with modest means.

5) If necessity is the mother of invention, then sloth is the mother of efficiency.

6) Innovation is the drive to work hard to be lazy.

7) Procrastinating is not going to save you any work, but if you want a quiet moment, you better take it now.

I notice within your seven sentences, some seem to be a defense of sloth, others an attack. This plays into my hand.
You will have two main characters, master/mistress and a submissive. They are long time companions, familiar with each other and comfortable with their roles. They are polar opposites when it comes to organization and cleanliness. (your choice as to which is which).write a complete scene in which the submissive uses 4 of those sentences to antagonize the dominant into corrective disciplinary action (which he/she desires). The dominant will use the other three sentences in the verbal exchange. You can, of course, add to the dialogs.
Try to make the provocation subtle and the exchange smooth and natural.
You should be able to convey the gist of the story in about 1500 words.
