First I must apologize to everybody for allowing Laura Ann to relay news to you, but I have been away from Internet access.

In case you don't know or have heard I have metastatic pancreatic cancer, it is inoperable, and has metastasized into my liver, so the only treatment available is chemotherapy. The best that the doctors give me are six months to a year with treatment, two to four months without treatment. Please whatever you do don't feel sorry for me, Laura is the one that really needs the empathy from all of you. I have lived a good and what I like to thank an honorable life, and I know that in my own way I have had many positive benefits on other people's lives, not just because of my job as a health care worker but because I am the kind of person that is willing to listen to anybody's problems. And whatever you do don't think that I have given up yet, I will fight this to the best of my ability, I do believe that God still performs miracles even today. One of my joys in life the last few months has been the community on the BDSM forum, I look forward to reading your post, and chatting with you. My biggest regret is not meeting a lot of you in real life, actually that's a lie my biggest regret is not being able to properly cane downtown Amber's ass. I will try to post more often to keep this piece of my family aware of what is happening with me, the only thing I ask is that you please be supportive of the love of my life Laura, and help her in anyway that you can.

I am sorry i guess i kind of figured the out come would be like this when i heard the kind of cancer it was ..

Sorry to hear this news.

If there is one thing I have learnt in my time working on cancer research is that a positive outlook is essential. Lower the stress levels as high stress impairs your own bodies natural defenses.

And make sure you really appreciate every single one of those sunrises.

My heart is with you. My dad died of exactly the same thing, its one of the worst kind. My advice to you is...seek another opinion about whether or not its operable. That was the mistake we made. Even though we knew his primary doctor was a jerk, we had no idea he was also utterly incompetent. By the time we contacted a brilliant surgeon who had great success operating cancer at such difficult areas, it was truly too late as it had spread too far.

Sorry to hear about this but I'm glad that this has been a great place for you during such a rough time. It sounds like you have a very positive attitude which I'm sure isn't easy. I hope you feel well enough to take advantage of the time you have left and with any luck maybe another doctor can give you some good news.
