D/s and M/s Seeking Contributions of Knowledge and Wisdom

Master and I are thinking about putting together an "aftercare" handbook which would include answers to common and uncommon questions regarding aftercare (both physical and mental) and are looking for people with knowledge in the art of healing (either traditional or modern) and other BDSMers that have had concerns and experiences that may be relevant to the physical and mental aspects of aftercare. Do you have something good to share? Or something bad to share? Doesn't matter, I just want to know of your experience so that I can get an idea of what sorts of specific needs are out there and how to tend to those needs. Thanks everyone! All input would be helpful as I would hate to leave anything of great importance out and most of what I have read deals more with the mental aspects than the physical aspects of aftercare which I believe are important to people as well.
