When is it time to say enough I can’t do this.

I am pretty sure I understand what you are talking about here, Sir. This reminds me of the very first discipline that I was given when I had brought dishonor to Master very early in our relationship. The above is dictionary quotes that are somewhat appropriate to the life.

For me honor is a code to live by including honesty, doing the right thing no matter the cost to you, being dependable and relied on by others. Having honor requires thought before you act so that you have weighed your possible actions picking the one that will allow you to respect yourself for your actions.

For your sub/slave to honor you is where trust comes into the picture. The sub/slave acts as if you are the most valuable thing in her life. She knows that she can depend on you, count that you will value her and your relationship.

I just drove 2,100 miles to be with morgan and left a well paying job where I was my own boss 99% of the time. Looking for gainful employment here and a recruiter called me to set an apointment for tomorrow asked if I am employed and I responded that I am on a extended leave of absense with an open invitation to come back for them.

morgan decided that meant I was thinking of going back home instead of impressing the recruiter with the value my old employer placed on me.

How do I deal with such flights of illogic?

Hmmm.Flights of illogic and how to deal with them.Ok I agree with the idea she has lots of insecurities at this point and things like this extended leave with a standing invite to come back,well that only magnifies these insecurities in her mnd.On the other hand such an arrangement at your former job tells a potential employer that you are employment worthy rather than a job drifter of which I am sure this employer has seen many in the employment process.Simply put Sir Russell,you were establishing credibility with this employer ,rather than sending her some sort of rejection message of any sort.
After all ,which is better, to secure employment at your new location or ultimately returning to your former place of employment?

i cant presume to know morgan, or any of her thoughts but i would encourage you to have patience with her...any time a new element is introduced into a relationship, it takes time to adjust to for everyone. i know, when i used to travel with my job and was on the road a lot, Master and i had a full adjustment period each time i came home again...we each got used to doing our own thing and had to relearn about considering each other every time...i know its not the same thing, but i suspect that morgan is working on coming to terms with what your new relationship will mean. i have every faith that it will work out for you both.

I found a great job today and maybe when I can afford to be without income for a month I will take it.

I am going back on a second interview tomorrow with another company.

Thanks for the advice guys, I knew my work was laid out for me when I took her on. She is well worth it if I can just keep some of my sanity.

The term is widely over used today, mostly being used as a claim that others should hold you in respect, I.E. he disrespected me. Respect is something that has to be earned over and over again. If you don’t respect anyone or anything then you do not understand respect, it has to be given to be received.
I respect my slave morgan very much for her intelligence, wisdom, compassion, and many other worthy attributes. I could not own and love a slave that I did not hold in great respect.
Respect comes from the amount of Honor you live by. People sense the honesty and commitment that you live by and either finds you worthy of respect or not. Respect does not come from the way you handle a whip but the way you handle and deal with people. Many people think that trust is a major component of the Life; I though believe it to be a by-product of Honor and Respect. Can you truly trust someone that you don’t respect? I don’t think so.
I begin any relationship showing the other person the same respect that I feel I deserve from a vanilla person. The other person can earn more respect from me but also can lose it by their action. I rarely listen to others about the character of anyone, because their interaction with me and mine is the only measure that I trust, due to not knowing what happened that caused their opinion.
If you are unreliable, sloppy in your conduct with others how much respect will you earn? Say what you mean and do what say. When you disagree with anyone do it politely and respect his or her opinion.

Who Is The Real Dream Dominant

Many submissives dream of a Dominate that will find them, whisk them off to sub-space and allow them to live a life of luxury. I suppose there are some out there, a Dominant’s personality is normally necessary to run a successful a successful business, but after hours it becomes hard to find the energy to stay in that level of control for the private life. If all the submissive is looking for is bound sex then she may find that person.

If on the other hand the sub/slave wants a more complete relationship, beyond just the bedroom play, then the search becomes very different. The Dominant she seeks is probably one that is considered laid-back intelligent, and aware. These traits show the restraint necessary to be in control of another.

A friend (male, unwilling American submissive) when finding out that I am a Dom asked how could that be. He said I was too calm, cool and laid-back to be a Dom. He had the vanilla world concept of a Dom, you know angry, violent and uncaring. I explained that when everything goes wrong and people are panicked then look for the person that everyone looks to for help and guidance that is the Dom. I explained that a Dom is one that has to be in control of himself by training and disposition.

I am certainly not a dream Dom since I have my own issues that I battle with but I am a lot closer to it then most. My world revolves around my lady, my task is simple, help her grow strong and gain stability. My pleasure comes from making her happy to be mine. I think that is what most sub/slave want in a Dom even if they don’t know it.

I have the image of a Dom in my head, the one that I wish I could find... I have to tweak it every now and then, but I can tell you right now -- An angry Dom is not what I am looking for. A calm, collected Dom is. Everyone has their own battles to face, that is part of being human. There is no perfect Dom, nor perfect sub. I can honestly say that accepting the imperfections of another and to be supportive of that person is truly the only way to be happy.

As a sub, that is what I would be, supportive, caring, and in most cases obedient. ;)
