I am a 28 year old female sub. I recently found out about a strong
history of breast cancer in my family. There is; my mother, two aunts
and a grandmother all suffered from breast cancer, and it killed my
mom and one aunt. My GP asked if I had ever undergone genetic
testing for mutations on the BRCA1/BRCA2 genes. I had not.

So, we arranged for the tests, and several weeks later, the results
came back: I had a deleterious mutation on the BRCA1 gene, and
was a very strong candidate for a prophylactic mastectomy.

I have enjoyed breast bondage and torture most of my adult life.
Before I found out about my situation, I enjoyed more serious
levels of breast torment including caning, skewers, burning and
especially long needles, dozens at a time embedded in my breasts.
It is a huge turn-on for me. I have moved to a new city and have
no BDSM freind here.. My questions is:

Is there a safe way to endure some serious breast torture and
mutilation before they are removed in a ritual setting.. perhaps
with several new BDSM friends, without getting a serious infection
or harming myself.. I am very serious about this.. the opportunity
to live out this fantasy is driving me crazy.. I really want to do
this, but I dont want to die either.. Can someone give me advice
or help me? I am open to all suggestions..
