I like the next to last line - being bottled up, or silenced, with pleasure and pain (?) running through but "no way to vent". Mmm....

The beauty of poetry is in how it speaks to different people in different ways. For me it was a picture of my mental state at the time that I wrote it, there were so many things going on in my head and I had no way of venting it, it nearly drove me insane. That said, despite the fact that I'm the one who wrote this piece, my personal interpretation of what it means is not the 'true' meaning. As with all poetry, the true meaning is to be discerned by the reader. I am glad it speaks to you.
