1. Make a multi-course dinner for your husband; serve it nude, or in a sexy servant's outfit; play the maid throughout (standing nearby, refilling his drink, removing plates, etc). Reward: you get to eat dinner; Punishment: to bed with none, or have to eat it from a bowl on the floor.

2. Detail a room (that is, clean completely and thoroughly; under, behind, and around everything) while chained to a heavy object therein. Follow with a 'white glove' inspection. Reward: "Initiate" the now very clean room; Punishment: do it again!


I'll try to think of more; certainly a fun exercise!
