Instructions:
You are to strip and find a place to kneel for 15 minutes without interruption. Once you can be sure of 15 minutes of uninterrupted time, you are to take the rope and tie it tightly around your whole body, under the breast so as to accentuate them, then apply the clothespins to your nipples. Be sure to have scissors closeby in case you need to cut yourselfr free if an emergency arises. Also, do not tie it too tight so as not to lose circulation or oxygen in your body. Then you are to take the riding crop and lightly flog the clothespins as you insert the dildo in your vagina, thrusting it in every time you crop yourself. After you kneel and crop yourself as many times as you can in 15 minutes, replacing the clothespins if they fall off your nipples, then you may bring yourself to orgasm and not before.
