I heard there's a scam on some sites whereby people post pics from a pay site supposedly of themselves, a cute new member.

When some sucker PMs them to say hi, they get an invitation to the paysite, rather than meeting the girl of their dreams.

Of course I'm not suggesting for a moment that this is the case with 'curiousgrl'- merely voicing an opinion....

i realize there's alot of dishonesty when it comes to the internet and what people chose to share about themselves......but i think useing false pictures to represent yourself is just wrong. i mean.....by her not coming back....screams guilty...and what if she didn't have permission to use the pics?

plus it's not fair for her to recieve praise for something like her beauty, if it isn't her beauty.....sorry...this actually kinda made me mad......ok gonna stop now.

so if you see less and less personal pictures posted here ---you can thank the few who ---for some reason just have to have proof ---and the only way to prove it is to view the person live on web cam ----

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that Curious girl is just pulling my leg, and everybody elses at this forum by claiming porn she found on the net is her/him. Unless she in fact is that model, which is easily proven by taking some requests.

'curiosgrl' visited the site next day, & from memory made a post in another thread. She had ample opportunity to say 'hey guys it's me in the pics/ OK I was pulling your legs- ha ha' or any of a number of things.

To my knowledge she has now disappeared. To me the right thing to do would have been to stand by what Widget (the moderator) said until ownership of the pics had been established. Instead we're asked to smile & be nice?

I think we're losing some of our ethics here for the sake of attracting more members. I would prefer spending time in a forum with less people & more honesty myself.

I think you're wrong. I think it's the exact oposite. The more suposedly personal but professional porn pics posted the less likely we are willing to post pics of ourselves. It always very obvious what is profesionally produced porn and what is pictures taken at home. Off-course there's no guarante that home-made pics are genuine, but I don't think any of us would put any time into exposing pics of that nature.

Since you felt in necessary to warn me for this I haven't uploaded pics of myself. So there. The effects are immediate for some.

The mod for this thread should have talked to her and stopped the piling on. Remember that a lot of the folks that are here are not doing the life in real life but only in their mind.
