I have had an orgasm from my nipples being played with. Usually, it takes much longer for the orgasm to build (if I'm not already rolling with multiples, which, Thank You God, I seem to be capable of). This kind of orgasm creates a tension in my entire body so that I'm completely locked up when I finally reach the peak.
