I will say for me that the difference in orgasms for me is not in the orgasm itself but the feeling afterwords. This depends on position, mood, and current situation. I know for me, it all depends on position and stage of arousal. I know that if I am in doggy style, and I am red hot, I can orgasm so hard, that it feels like a volcano is erupting. Once and I am not sure what this was about or what happened, but I seemed to have hit this level or point, my body levitated and held there, unable to move as the orgasm kept going and going...I was getting pretty lightheaded after a while and the only thing to stop it was take the vibrator away. I have had many completely different and distinct types of orgasms... some times I have quick strong violent ones, others are slow and drawn out. Some make my whole body tense until i can't breathe.
