from this Postion manual.In fact I posted this one position in reply to your hand signal inquiry.Now that you you have requested it ,here are more from the Position Manual.
These positions you will see below are some of the "endurance" positions,whereby his femsub had to exert some effort in order to hold these positions,each for a period of minutes after several weeks of practicing these positions with th hold time gradually increasing as her fitness level increased.
Under the "Do not Try this At Home" disclaimer ,keep in mind this is femsub
that went through these routines was in her mid 20's and undertook regular
exercise prior to this position training.So before trying this with anyone at home or anywhere,consult a physician before attempting these rigorous routines.My purpose in sharing these slides is for entertainment purposes only
and does not constitute instructional intent for anyone beyond the original previous receipients of these images.

I have a personal rant that goes back years, hell decades, to air today.

I guess I should start out by saying I am very proud of who and what I am, a Dom/Master, I do not try to hide who I am. It seems that most of us in the lifestyle don't want anyone to know what he or she is. I can't hide who I am and if I did that isn't that saying that the vanilla world is right, that who we are is shameful.

I don't carry a sign or go around tell everyone who I am but at the same time I do not hide that fact.

I am not trying to say that the subs should be out in public wearing handcuffs or collar and leash. About year and a half ago I had a sub that wanted to be my slave but when we were out in public or with vanilla friends she would say witty things to me like "get it yourself", "how is that my problem", even worse was "why should I".

I don't expect overt displays of being submissive in public but I don't think that the bond of power exchange is to be broken even in the nilla world. I did not expect her to call me Master or Sir there but I did expect that she would call me or answer me with curtsey.

In public I all ways would call her "little one" or "my love" to show the world how I felt. The best I got from her in public was "big guy".

I guess what I am saying is that you need to be proud of who you are and realize what we are about is a lot harder to do then a vanilla world pairing. People that know me in either world know that I am honorable and respectful to all that have earned that or haven't done something to discredit themselves.

When a vanilla learns that I am a Dom it comes as no large surprise and I don't apologize for it and answer questions that don't go beyond reasonable privacy issues. Yes, I have lost friends that way but I have also gained more then I have lost. Strangely I have also found that many ladies express a desire and interest in the lifestyle beyond shock and disbelief. Common question is do you harm your woman? Most of the women seem to understand that I never want to harm but to accentuate her pleasure and how it is that the body can be confused into sensing some pain as extraordinary pleasure when mixed with pleasure.

Side note I have had 2 husbands come to me to thank me for opening their wives to new experiences, none have complained.

Good rant Sir Russell. I can't count the times I've gotten dirty looks as I served hubby. He didn't ask, he didn't have to. I enjoy who I am. I like to serve, it gives me great pleasure.

I know what you're talking about.Coming from where I'm from,we couldn't bring this aspect of our lives in the open,so only a feew very close friends know of my proclivities.It's hard for vanilla people to understand the concept,and they are more often than not too judgmental.

While I do visit this thread to enjoy your excellent pictures...thank you so very much!...it is a nice added to read this thought you put out there. Knowing what and who I am as a submissive, it is difficult at times to express myself as such without getting comments from my vanilla friends. Only one of them knows of this part of me, yet even at times, she too will remark on my actions. Not that the gay community has it so easy, but I have found myself thinking that it would be lovely if my sexuality could be as incorporated into my life as theirs is becoming to be for some of them (gay BDSM'ers will have to out only one side of themselves, I suppose. And not to compare my life to that of a gay person's. If everyone all over knew exactly what my husband and I were about, mostly what we'd get is a "you do WHAT?!?!?!" as opposed to members of the gay community who face real threat. Just a comparison for example. No offense intended in any way at all! If someone takes my comments as such, then I will feel just horrible.)

The vanilla world won't keep me from calling my husband "Sir" in public nor will it keep his guiding hand off my neck when we are together out somewhere, as he's taken to doing that of late. But I will say that some of the looks we get sometimes border on the slightly hostile side of rude. This past weekend it happened and I just wanted to say, "what the hell difference does it possibly make to you??", but I didn't. That's giving credence to an assumption on my part as well as acknowledging the rudeness. Why is it that people are so very intolerant of what they don't understand?

So I am going to live my life as I desire. Not forcing it on anyone or asking them to accept it. Just let me be.

I see absolutely no excuse for acting that way in public just so the vanilla world won't guess your lifestyle preference. I treat my Master with the exact same respect (and occasional sauciness) in front of my family and friends and in public, as I do when we are alone. I still call him Master whenever I feel it is appropriate and often call him Sir in front of people as saying "yes Sir" can always be mistaken as an endearment in the nilla world as well. I will wait on him and bring him his food or beverages and often sit at his feet if the room is crowded as well. I enjoy doing these things not only because I am blessed to be his submissive, but also because I love him very much and I am receiving pleasure from doing so. It also doesn't hurt matters any that he is also just as respectful and kind to me and will voice a request in a pleasant way and thank me when I have done something for him. I consider myself a full time submissive and would not feel comfortable or worthy of his collar if I behaved any differently. "Peace" ~blizz~

tessa your likening it to the gay community was just great. I am old enough to remember when only a few gays went public and that allowed the straight world to act as if being gay was an act against God. I believe that we do need to learn from them and get the nillas to see us as humans.

As for showing things in public...I am torn. One should act true to oneself, always, and never waver in that; but I must also say I'm not always the person I am when I'm whipping my love, and thus I'm not always seeking to dominate; nor is she always submissive, nor would I necessarily want that.

Never waver in your standards, but at the same time be aware that expecting any sub (or top) to be in that role at all times, in all respects, is asking a lot, and certainly not what should be expected from others in our community.

One more stab at explaining myself, I am not saying that everyone should be totally out in the open, that would be like going to the bathroom in public. I just don't want to hear about how you hide who you are. Most of the nilla women that knew me in a couple format were jealous of the lady I was with because she got treated with great respect and kindness.

I am also NOT saying that those that dabble in the life or only do scenes are wrong in the life. Just treat the life with respect because today's dabblers are tomorrow best Doms and subs.

I have told two of my closest friends of my new way of life and both have been very supportive, so if those close to me can understand i really couldn't care less what strangers might think. One of my proudest moments was sitting down for dinner in a very "proper" country house hotel with my Master, wearing my collar, head held high.

Although I am still at the dabbling end of the spectrum I have to say that common courtesy alone dictates how I act in public with my Master nevermind our chosen roles.
